The Black Bushbird (Neoctantes niger) is a species of bird in the Thamnophilidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Neoctantes. It is found in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
