The Tongan Whistler (Pachycephala jacquinoti) is a species of bird in the Pachycephalidae family. It is endemic to the island of Vava'u in Tonga. The species is similar to the Golden Whistler in appearance, but the head and throat of the male is entirely black and the nape is yellow.

Its natural habitat is the understory of primary forests, although it is found in secondary forest with large trees.

It is threatened by habitat loss.
