The Amazonian Streaked-Antwren (Myrmotherula multostriata) is a species of bird in the Thamnophilidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical swamps.
