The Blue-naped Chlorophonia (Chlorophonia cyanea) is a bird species in the family Fringillidae; it was formerly placed in the Thraupidae.

It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
