The Tawitawi Brown-dove (Phapitreron cinereiceps) is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines. It was only recently validated as a distinct species.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forests. It is threatened by habitat loss. However, it seems to decline less dramatically than anticipated. It is thus downlisted from Critically Endangered to Endangered status in the 2007 IUCN Red List.
