The Edwards's Fig-parrot (Psittaculirostris edwardsii), also known as the Scarlet-cheeked Fig-parrot, is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is named after Alphonse Milne-Edwards. It is found in humid lowland forests in north-eastern New Guinea
