The Golden-bellied Warbler (Basileuterus chrysogaster) is a species of bird in the Parulidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and heavily degraded former forest.

Golden-bellied Warbler has a disjunct distribution, with the subspecies B. c. chlorophrys in the Western Andes from central Colombia to central Ecuador, and the nominate B. c. chrysogaster in the Eastern Andes from central to southern Peru. It has been proposed that chlorophrys is a separate species, the Choco Warbler B. chlorophrys, but chlorophrys is very similar in plumage to nominate chrysogaster, differing primarily in having a mostly olive, not yellow, superciliary, with the yellow restricted to the anterior-most portion.

The plumage differences between chlorophrys and chrysogaster are less than those between many taxa currently treated as the same subspecies in Basileuterus. The vocal differences are also weakly documented.
