The Golden-plumed Parakeet (Leptosittaca branickii) is a Neotropical parrot species within the Psittacidae family, belonging to the monotypic genus Leptosittaca.

It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, and plantations. It is threatened by habitat loss.
