The Masked Shining-parrot, Perruche Masquée, or Papagayo Enmascarado (Prosopeia personata) is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is endemic to Fiji.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical mangrove forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, arable land, and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
