The Pacific Koel (Eudynamys orientalis) is a species of cuckoo in the Cuculidae family. It has recently been split from Asian or Common Koel by the IOC [] and by Australian authorities Christidis and Boles into Eastern Koel (with the same binomial)

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
