The Red-rumped Wheatear (Oenanthe moesta) is a species of bird in the Muscicapidae family. It is found in Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Western Sahara, and Yemen.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
