The Torotoroka Scops-owl (Otus madagascariensis) is a species of owl in the Strigidae family. It is found throughout most of western Madagascar, but the exact distribution limits between it and the Malagasy Scops-owl (O. rutilus), with which it was long considered conspecific, require further study.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry forests.
