The Uniform Crake (Amaurolimnas concolor) is a species of bird in the Rallidae family, the only member of the genus Amaurolimnas.
It is found in Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and possibly Jamaica.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, and heavily degraded former forest.
