    - Comments: "Orange bill with longer lower portion as compared to upper part. Seen dipping and skimming water as it flew along just off the island. Dark upper with white underneath. Ill try to upload photos this weekend. Only the second time I have ever seen one at the islands in nearly 20 years. It stayed in the area for at least an hour coving maybe a mile or more of the coastline."
